Platform Status

Kyzen One operates solely as an information, comparison, and marketplace platform. Kyzen One is an independent technology company and is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, telehealth company, pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturer, or distributor of medications or research products.

Independent Providers

Providers, clinics, and suppliers listed on Kyzen One operate independently and remain solely responsible for their services, prescribing decisions, product fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and patient care. Any consultation, prescription, treatment, or purchase occurs directly between you and the independent third party you choose.

No Medical Advice

Kyzen One does not practice medicine, provide healthcare services, issue prescriptions, dispense medications, manufacture products, or guarantee treatment outcomes. Content on the platform — including AI-generated recommendations, provider summaries, and educational material — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Kyzen One lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for independently verifying provider credentials and for consulting a licensed healthcare professional before making any medical decision.

No Guarantees or Endorsements

Kyzen One does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any provider, product, service, or outcome listed on the platform. Rankings, ratings, and editorial summaries reflect our internal methodology and are provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyzen One and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, your interactions with third-party providers or suppliers, or any medical decision you make.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyzen One from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any third-party provider or supplier.

Beta Participation

Kyzen One is currently in Early Access Beta. Features, providers, pricing, and content may change without notice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. By using the beta, you acknowledge that the platform is undergoing active development and that data or access may change during this period.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
