How We Verify Providers

Every provider profile on Kyzen One undergoes structured verification, Kyzen review, and ongoing quality monitoring — so what you read is what a real reviewer confirmed.

Section 1

Our verification process

Every provider passes through seven structured stages before — and after — they appear on the public marketplace.

  1. 1
    Website verification

Every provider starts with a manual review of their official website. We confirm the entity exists, operates in longevity, hormone, GLP-1, or functional medicine, and is not a directory reseller.

  2. 2
    Data extraction

Structured facts — providers, services, licensed states, telehealth availability, pricing, contact — are extracted from the provider's own site and cross-checked against public records and licensing databases.

  3. 3
    Kyzen review

A Kyzen reviewer inspects every extracted fact before publication. Anything ambiguous is either verified against a primary source or held out of the public profile.

  4. 4
    Quality scoring

Each provider is graded on a 100-point marketplace quality model covering profile completeness, evidence, licensing, service depth, and content freshness.

  5. 5
    Publication approval

A provider only becomes publicly visible after passing the content audit and clearing our minimum quality threshold. Low-scoring profiles stay in triage until they meet the bar.

  6. 6
    Ongoing monitoring

We watch for changes to a provider's website, pricing, and licensed states. Detected drift automatically opens a Kyzen review ticket so facts don't quietly go stale.

  7. 7
    Scheduled re-verification

Every published profile is re-verified on a fixed cadence — at minimum every 180 days, and every 90 days for high-traffic or high-change providers.

Section 2

What we verify

Every published profile is checked against these facts. If we can't confirm a field, we leave it off — we won't guess.

  • Providers

Licensed medical directors and prescribing providers.

  • Services

Which conditions and protocols the provider actually treats.

  • Pricing

Published starting prices and consultation fees, sourced from the provider's own site.

  • States served

The states where the provider is licensed to deliver care.

  • Telehealth availability

Whether care is delivered virtually, in-person, or both.

  • Contact information

Verified phone, email, and booking channels.

  • FAQs

Common patient questions answered against verified facts.

  • Accreditations

Board certifications, memberships, and third-party recognitions.

Section 3

Clinical providers vs research vendors

These are two distinct marketplaces on Kyzen One. They are held to different editorial standards and never mixed on the same surface.

Clinical providers

Licensed medical practices delivering longevity, hormone optimization, GLP-1, and functional medicine care.

  • Medical care from licensed providers
  • Telehealth and in-person consultations
  • Licensed in disclosed states
  • Verified patient consultations and prescribing workflow

Research vendors

Suppliers of research-grade peptides for laboratory use. Not medical providers. Not for human consumption.

  • Research Use Only — no medical claims
  • Independent lab testing and COA requirements
  • Separate editorial standards and rubric
  • Never presented as treatment recommendations

Section 4

Marketplace quality standards

Minimum requirements every clinical provider must meet before they appear publicly.

Minimum quality score

≥ 80 / 100

Providers below the threshold are not eligible for public marketplace visibility.

Required profile fields

9 core facts

Entity, services, clinicians, licensed states, telehealth, contact, pricing signal, and website with a valid HTTPS origin.

Content audit

Must pass

Manual review-team audit for accuracy, compliance, and medical language before publication.

Fact freshness

≤ 180 days

Verified facts older than 180 days are flagged 'under Kyzen review' until re-verified.

Section 5

Frequently asked questions

  • How often are providers reviewed?

Every published provider is on a scheduled re-verification cadence. High-traffic providers and any listing with a recent fact change are re-crawled and re-reviewed at least every 90 days; the full marketplace is swept at least every 180 days. Verified facts show a 'last reviewed' date so you always know how fresh the information is.

  • Can providers edit their information?

Claimed providers can propose edits through their provider dashboard. Proposed changes are queued for Kyzen review — they do not appear on public pages until a reviewer confirms them against a primary source (the provider's own website, licensing board, or an official document).

  • What happens when facts change?

When our monitoring detects that a provider's website, price, or licensed states have changed, the profile is flagged for Kyzen review. High-confidence updates are pushed automatically; anything that looks material — new pricing, new states, changed clinical scope — is held until a human reviewer confirms it.

  • How are research vendors treated differently?

Research-grade peptide vendors are held to a separate, stricter editorial standard. They cannot make medical claims, cannot be recommended for treatment, and are labeled 'Research Use Only' across every surface. Clinical marketplaces and research marketplaces never mix.

  • Are reviews verified?

Patient reviews are moderated before publication. We check for policy violations, spam, and obvious fake activity. We do not — and will not — modify a review's content to favor a provider.

  • Does Kyzen One accept payment for placement?

No. Rankings, recommendations, and quality scores are editorial. Providers can claim their profile and pay for premium marketing placements clearly labeled as sponsored, but paid placement never changes a provider's quality score or ranking position.
